Great Garudas Guys

In their study of Asian Art our Grade 5 and 6 students recently drew “Garuda Birds” and painted them with watercolour paints. Even though they each started from a “C” or a back to front  letter C as the inside of the beak  and then built upon that to create the head, all the birds turned out to be very different. I think Steven’s work shows the character of Henry IIIV. The artworks will be displayed  from 6-8pm at our EXPO night on Wednesday 19th May as part of  Education Week celebrations. There are more birds on our Recent Student Artwork page.
